1. What is your return policy?

Due to sanitary reasons, all sales are final.

2. What are your shipping policies?

Most orders will be processed in 1-3 business days. You will receive a confirmation e-mail once your order has been shipped. Please allow an additional 1-5 business days for your order to arrive. If your order has shipped, we are no longer responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Please contact the shipping provider if this happens.

3. Can I cancel an order once it has been placed?

Yes, if it is still being processed. Once an order is shipped out, you may no longer cancel it.

4. I am allergic to certain ingredients. Will your products cause any allergic reactions?

When you use our products, it is your responsibility to ensure that it is safe for you to use. All of the ingredients used in our products are listed in the item description. Please read them carefully so it does not contain any ingredient that you may be allergic to or which may cause an unpleasant reaction.
